The data is collected with due diligence and appropriately protected against access by unauthorized persons, and the Administrator uses technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of processed personal data adequate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, taking by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.

Thus, we guarantee the use of appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect your data. 

At the same time, we inform you about the method and purpose for which we process your Data, as well as about your rights related to the protection of this data.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

WHERE DO WE HAVE YOUR DATA AND DO YOU HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THEM

We received them from you during correspondence addressed to us regarding the inquiry and the valuation of a potential order. 

You have been provided to us voluntarily on our Website www.dpwtar.pl while completing one of the forms there.

Providing data is always voluntary, but providing it is necessary to complete your order or to conclude and perform a contract with the Printing House.

Customers' personal data collected by the Administrator are used to issue accounting documents, contact the customer and other activities related to the performance of the service contract.

The administrator processes the following personal data of customers: 

a) company name 

b) NIP number 

c) Name and surname 

d) Address (street and house / flat number, zip code, city) 

e) Telephone number 

f) Email address

Failure to provide data will prevent the Printing House from providing the service for you because: 

a) it will not be possible to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Printing House - issuing a VAT invoice 

b) we will not be able to deliver the goods to you after completing the order 

c) you will not be able to use our forms

INFORMATION ABOUT FORMS

When the user contacts the Printing House using the contact form, telephone, e-mail, etc., he provides us with his personal data, e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, etc.

Personal data (e-mail address) collected through the contact form is for contact purposes only.

FOR WHAT AND ON WHICH BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

Based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR we process data to take action before the conclusion, conclusion and implementation of the contract concluded with you, including handling any complaints related to the services provided - the legal basis is the necessity of processing for the purposes of the contract.

Based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. c) the GDPR will be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligation related to the issuing and storage of documents and invoices for services rendered or commissioned by the Printing House, the implementation of the after-sales rights granted to you or the Printing House, including for defense against and in connection with pursuing claims and performing other legal obligations before state offices.

Based on Article. 6 clause 1 letter f GDPR, we process data, if necessary, for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party. We do so, for example, when we process the data of persons acting on behalf of clients and contractors, to ensure IT security, redress and defense against claims, for internal administrative purposes, such as employee or cooperation issues, in particular customer portfolio analysis , preparing statistics and internal reporting of companies.

Based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR we process data when using the forms service to perform an electronic contract.

We do not process your data for marketing purposes.

We do not use your personal data automatically, and in particular we do not use profiling.

TO WHOM WE CAN TRANSFER YOUR DATA

In special situations where applicable law requires the Printing House to disclose collected data to state authorities, the Printing House will provide such data. Except for these situations, your personal data will only be disclosed to the extent, purpose and entities listed in this privacy policy.

The data may be shared with other recipients in order to perform a contract with you, in order to perform a legal obligation incumbent on the Printing House, based on your consent or for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Printing House or a third party. Recipients may include, in particular: authorized employees of the Printing House and other persons acting on their behalf.

The data is also transferred to data processors at the request of the Printing House and persons acting on their behalf, whereby such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Printing House and only in accordance with the Printing House's instructions and provided that professional secrecy is maintained (i.e. specific obligations to protect

TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission.

HOW LONG WE WILL PROCESS YOUR DATA

Your data will be processed for the period of: 

- necessary until the completion of the contract concluded with the Printing House for the performance of the service, and after that for the period required by law or for the implementation of any claims. 

- in the scope of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Printing House in connection with conducting business activity and implementation of concluded contracts or contracts - until the fulfillment of these obligations by the Printing House. 

- until the legitimate interests of the Printing House constituting the basis for this data processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing, unless there are legitimate grounds for further processing of this data. 

- it means that the data will be processed for the period of:

a) 5 years for the execution of orders, orders and contractual agreements 

b) 1 year for correspondence regarding requests for proposals 

c) These periods may be extended in particularly justified cases.

RIGHTS AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
